Las Vegas on Top of Raiders Owner List

Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis says Las Vegas is at the top of his list of relocation options, this despite other NFL owners saying that the gambling hub is a nonstarter.

The NFL has long prohibited its players from visiting casinos that offer sports betting during the August through February period.
