As if the stakes weren't high enough... Last night, after perhaps getting bored playing against each other heads up in $500/$1000 Pot limit Omaha, Tom "durrrr" Dwan and Ziigmund decided to raise the stakes.  Although they were playing in the largest games Full Tilt Poker has to offer, the two nosebleed players agreed to raise and re-raise pot size preflop so that the minimum each player would bet is $9,000 per hand preflop.

Phil Hellmuth heads to the Canadian west for major heads-up event on Canadian Poker Tour. The UltimateBet pro will also receive Calgary's White Hat honor while in town.

Gamblers Claim Annie Duke Got Hosed in Celebrity Apprentice Finale

The gambling community is insisting that Celebrity Apprentice is "fixed" in the sense that Donald Trump never intended to hire Annie Duke over comedian Joan Rivers.

"There is no way she should have lost. I don't buy that she lost in those categories," said one gambler, referring to the five criteria set up by Trump beforehand, three of which Rivers apparently won.

And he is far from alone.  Poker icon, Doyle Brunson, raged on his own Twitter page: "Sorry Annie, you got screwed big time. Pure robbery!"
