Federal investigators in Australia were on the hunt for indicted payment processor Daniel Tzvetkoff's fiancé as they seek to recover debts and assets including a luxury V10 Audi.

Tzvetkoff, who is accused by a number of online gambling firms of stealing millions of dollars, was indicted while in Las Vegas last month for money laundering.  Prosecutors are also searching for those millions of dollars, claiming he has a stash in Caribbean and Swiss tax havens.

The United Kingdom's second largest bookmaker, William Hill, is looking to acquire Australia's second largest privately held bookmaker, Centrebet.

Centrebet originated from Alice Springs, Northern Territory and was the first bookmaker to be licensed in Australia in 1993 and the first bookmaker to go online in the Southern Hemisphere. Centrebet was acquired by its biggest domestic rival, the SportOdds Group in 2003 for the sum of AUD$46.55 million. 41 Injured in Macau May Day Rally

HONG KONG (AFP) - Clashes that broke out during a May Day rally in Macau injured 41 people, including two journalists and 32 policemen, the gambling hub's government said Sunday.

"Some protesters did not follow the route specified earlier by the police and clashed with the officers, resulting in injuries to 41 people -- three members of the public, two journalists, four protesters and 32 policemen," the statement said.

Three people -- a member of the public, a protester and a policeman -- were hospitalised, it added.
