He's starting his own website.

Finally.

The address for the new website is www.philivey.com but don't expect just yet to visit the site and glean the secrets of Ivey's vast poker success or otherwise read/hear/see any golden nuggets of poker wisdom.

The website is up, but it's not.

A visit to www.philivey.com this afternoon reveals that, yes, there finally is a Phil Ivey website but, no, it doesn't have any information on it yet.

Iowa Governor Inclined to Support Online Poker Legislation in His State

DES MOINES, Iowa — (Associated Press) - Gov. Terry Branstad says he was willing to consider a measure being debated in the Legislature that would legalize Internet poker games.

Speaking at a news conference Monday, Branstad told reporters he would need to learn more about the proposal if it cleared the Legislature and reached his desk. But Branstad says many Iowans already play illegal poker games on the Internet from sites based outside the country.

FBI Goes Through Van der Sloot Computer to Look for Evidence re Holloway Disappearance

FBI investigators are reviewing a disk taken from Joran van der Sloot’s computer that could potentially link him to the disappearance of Natalee Holloway more than 5 years ago.

Van der Sloot was a prime suspect at the time.  Holloway vanished from the Dutch Antilles island of Aruba while visiting after her High School graduation.  Van der Sloot resided on the island at the time.
