Gambling911.com has looked at the top 14 chip leaders at the 2010 WSOP already.

Coming in at number 15 was David Baker of Katy, Texas.

He has two first place finishes in live poker tournaments to date and over $1 million in winnings, making him one of the most successful poker players among the remaining 27.  He also finished 6th at the 2nd event of this year’s World Series of Poker, the Players Championship.

Tom Durrrr Dwan Poker Hall of Fame Nod Nonsense

The nomination of young Tom “Durrrr” Dwan to the Poker Hall of Fame raised many eyebrows in recent days.

Dwan has had quite an impact on the poker world, mostly over the Internet, but many diehards would argue that he has hardly built up enough of a resume to even be considered for the Poker Hall of Fame. As of 2009, 38 people have been inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame. Fifteen of those people are still living.  At age 23, Dwan wouldn’t seem like the most logical of candidates.

The Poker Hall of Fame Governing Council agreed.
