With 363 entrants - the exact same number as last year - the second ever World Series of Poker Europe was about to conclude. By Thursday evening the 2008 WSOPE final 9 table was determined. At stake: A cool $2.1 million (£868,800). 36 positions walk away "in the money".

Nine WSOP bracelets are accounted for at this final table, but only three of the players present can lay claim to them. Daniel Negreanu, John Juanda and Scott Fischman are all multiple bracelet winners; Negreanu owns four, Juanda three and Fischman two.

Leading the pack - John Juanda, who has $7,100,000 in total career total winnings to date and stands to win a whole lot more after this event. He's the Indonesian born player who now resides in Marina del Rey, California.

He was the 2002 tournament Champion of the Year, winning three World Series of Poker titles, and a World Poker Open Championship title. In November 2004 he won the inaugural Professional Poker Tour event at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut.

In November 2005 he earned nearly $500,000 in Monte Carlo, Monaco after winning the Monte Carlo Millions Consolation tournament, finishing sixth in the Monte Carlo Millions Main Event, and finishing second at "The FullTiltPoker.Net Invitational Live from Monte Carlo."

Although Juanda has made 6 World Poker Tour final tables, he has never captured a title.

Stanislav Alekhin - Poker player from Moscow, Russia.

Daniel Negreanu - The poker guru who has won four World Series of Poker bracelets and $10,400,000 in live tournament winnings. He is considered among the most recognizable faces on the poker circuit today and a recipient of the Jenny Woo Top 10 Sexiest Poker Players of 2008 winners.

Ivan Demidov - Another of Russia's newest poker pros looking to become a poker millionaire. Demidov only began playing poker in early 2006.

Robin Keston - With over a half million in lifetime poker tournament winnings, Keston is representing London, England.

Scott Fischman - He's won just over $2 million lifetime in tournament play. This former dealer at the Sahara and the Mirage represents the US and online poker room Full Tilt.

Bengt Sonnert - Linkoping, Sweden is where this poker player resides. He has won nearly $500,000 life time.

Toni Hiltunen - Representing Lahti Finland.

Chris Elliott - Alloa UK poker player
