Bookies Celebrate Vikings Cover: 80 Percent Action was on Packers
September 19, 2016 – Gambling911.com was quick to point out all week the strong likelihood of a Minnesota Vikings cover, this the result of the stubborn nature of bookies who continued to encourage action on Green Bay at a more than 80 percent clip. The Vikings were offering a payout of $330 for every $100 bet to win the NFC North and that price will likely still be above $200 heading into Week 3. The Vikings win did not come without a serious casualty as running back Adrian Peterson suffered a right knee injury that includes some ligament damage, though the extent was not yet known as of Monday morning.
