Seahawks-Giants Line at -9.5

After opening at -11.5, the Seahawks-Giants line has since settled in at -9.5 and that is probably where the line will close.  75 percent of those betting the spread for this game were backing New York.

There are some solid reasons for betting the Giants in this one.

New York has decimated Seattle in their last two head-to-head matchups both last year and in 2008.

The Seahawks have been a terrible team on the road, especially when heading to the East Coast.  They are 16-38-1 Against The Spread in their last 55 road games.

Bengals vs. Jaguars Betting Odds at Even

The Bengals vs. Jaguars betting odds were at even at some online sportsbooks.  A handful of the books were offering the line at -1.5 in favor of Jacksonville.  It is interesting to note that nearly 85 percent of those betting the spread were backing the 2-2 Bengals here.  Jacksonville comes into this one with a 1-3 record.

The Bengals are a bit of a surprise so far this season with their 2-2 record not necessarily reflective of the teams impressive performance thus far.

Auburn-Arkansas Line at -10 (Video)

The Auburn-Arkansas line was coming in at -10 Saturday afternoon.  Spread betting action was relatively balanced on this game.

Arkansas is 6-0 Against The Spread in home games when playing a team with a winning record over the past three seasons but Auburn is 10-1 ATS against conference opponents over the last two seasons, so beware of that particular trend before betting on this game.  These two teams have split wins over the past four years, with the last two games being won by double digits.

Raiders-Texans Line at -5.5 (Video)

The Raiders-Texans line was coming in at -5.5 favoring Houston heading into this weekend although a number of the Vegas sportsbooks had this one at -6 to -6.5.

Oakland comes into this game with a 2-2 record while Houston was at 3-1.

These two teams have played one another consecutively for the past six years with the Texans having the upper hand winning 5 of 6 and covering the spread each of those five times.

The Raiders are 12-2 Against The Spread in their last 14 games following a ATS loss.

Maryland-Georgia Tech Line at -14 in Favor of Yellow Jackets (Video)

The Maryland-Georgia Tech line was coming in at -14 in favor of the home team Yellow Jackets for this Noon time game on Saturday.

Maryland comes into this game at 2-2 while Georgia Tech enters ranked 13th with a 5-0 record.

Maryland's defense has struggled this season, allowing 38 points and 285 rushing yards in a loss to Temple, and it's only going to get more difficult against a Georgia Tech offense that is second in the country with 51.6 points per game. The Yellow Jackets are 5-0 for the first time since 1990.

Titans-Steelers Line at -3.5 After Opening at -5 (Video)

The Titans-Steelers line has dropped two points after opening at -5 earlier in the week.  Tennessee is one of the surprise teams of the 2011 regular season, coming into this game at 3-1 and with a better record than the 2-2 Steelers.  65 percent of those betting the spread in this game were backing the Titans.

While Pittsburgh has beaten Tennessee in two of their last three games played since 2008, the Titans have covered the spread in two of those three head-to-heads.

Oklahoma-Texas Line Opens at -9 Favoring The Sooners

The Oklahoma-Texas line has opened at -9 in favor of the visiting Sooners.

Oklahoma comes into this game after destroying Ball State last week by a score of 62-6.

Tony Jefferson fueled a second-quarter scoring surge with interceptions on three straight drives, and the second-ranked Sooners geared up for their rivalry game against Texas next week by beating Ball State 62-6 on Saturday night.

"It was kind of weird. It just kept happening over and over again," Jefferson said.

Vikings-Chiefs Line has Minnesota as a 0-3 Record Favorite (Video)

The Vikings-Chiefs line had Kansas City as a -3 point home underdog.  Considering they only lost once at home last season in a meaningless final week game against Oakland, this spread might seem like a bit of a stretch.  The betting public likes it though.  They are all over Minnesota on the spread, backing them at a 90 percent clip.

Titans-Browns Betting Line has Cleveland a 1 Point Favorite (Video)

While the Titans-Browns betting line can essentially be marked down as EVEN, Cleveland is technically coming in as the one point favorite.  65 percent of the spread betting action was on Tennessee in this one.  Both teams come into the game with 2-1 records.

Should Tennessee win this game, they will need to be seriously thought of as a post season team with a strong shot of winning the AFC South after Houston fell apart last weekend.

A win by Cleveland puts them right in the thick of things with suspect Steelers and Ravens teams.
