Miss Mexico Favored to Win Miss Universe 2010

Miss Mexico has been instilled as the favorite to win the Miss Universe 2010 pageant at Sportsbook.com. She was listed with odds of +650, which would pay out US$65 for every US$10 bet.

Jimena Navarrete Rosete aka Ximena will appear with the others Monday night in what will be a very tight race.

Ximena is up against stiff competition.

Miss USA is at +700 odds. The winner of more Miss Universe contests than any other country, Venezuela, had odds of +800.

Miss Russia and Miss Philippines were both listed with +700 odds. Miss Ireland was at +750.

The only time Mexico has won the Miss Universe title was back in 1991, when Lupita Jones won the title.
