It’s official.  Miss Ireland, 20-year-old Rozanna Purcell, has become the new favorite to win MissUniverse 2010.  Purcell’s odds were slashed from 7/1 to 5/1 on Sunday at BetUS.com (see odds here).

“She is definitely the favorite here at Gambling911.com,” acknowledged Senior Editor Payton O’Brien.

The payout for Miss Ireland should she win Miss Universe 2010 would be US$50 for every US$10 bet.

Miss Ireland replaces Miss Russia and Miss Mexico as the original co-favorites, still with 7/1 odds.

The Miss Universe 2010 pageant will be televised live Monday night (August 23) and is always a favorite among the gambling public.
