All US Open Championship betting odds for 2011 appear below and are courtesy of 888Sport.com. (note:  US customers odds can be found here with updated odds available after each days play)

Betting on the US Open Championship can take place right up until 11 am Eastern Standard Time on Thursday June 16.

The US Open is the second of four major championships played during the year with the final typically taking place on Father’s Day.

Luke Donald and Lee Westwood were the co-favorites, promising a payout of US$1200 on a US$100 bet.

Be sure to check out some of the more “obscure” players taking part in this year’s US Open Championship as 888Sport.com does have odds on players like Michael Barbosa, who would pay out US$10,000 grand on a US$100 bet.

*888Sport.com does not accept bets from US citizens.  Bookmaker accepts bets from US citizens with $100 minimum deposit to open an online betting account.  Learn More Here.

Iowa State: Are They The Underdogs To Look For In March Madness?

They may be defined as “underdogs” or “Cinderella teams”, a term that is usually saved for teams that have little to no chance of winning even a single game during the NCAA Tournament. Teams like Loyola Marymount (1990), George Mason (2006), Davidson (2008), VCU (2011), UConn (2014), and Loyola Chicago (2018) come to mind when conversations turn toward the most surprising tournament runs in recent memory.
