UFC 98 Betting Odds

Everybody will be looking for UFC 98 betting odds as we head into Saturday night's big fight with some of the best in Mixed Martial Arts on this card.

SBG Global, which was offering up to 295 percent in deposit bonuses this weekend, had Lyoto Machida as the -200 favorite versus Rashad Evans at +160 (Evans would pay out $160 for every $100 bet).  The other card had Matt Serra as the +220 underdog versus Matt Hughes at -270 odds.

Machida is the the Japanese-Brazilian fighter with what the Associated Press calls "an unusual hybrid technique and a fearsome overall skill."

"Shoot, I won't know how I'm going to approach this fight until probably fight day," Evans said. "It depends on how I feel when I come out. Sometimes you go out there and you see opportunities, and sometimes you don't. When you go out there and fight, if you have your mind set on just one thing, and you go out there and you don't see it, then it takes you awhile to recover. So I like to just react on my feet."

Machida has beaten Tito Ortiz, Rich Franklin and B.J. Penn, and his first-round knockout victory over previously unbeaten Thiago Silva on Jan. 31 was the most eye-catching moment of his career.

The Matt Serra/Matt Hughes matchup also promises to be a great fight.

Hughes has said, win or lose, this will be his last UFC bout.
