Revolutionary odds were +450, an undesirable price if you ask us here at Gambling911.com.  Revolutionary finished in the top three in both the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes.

Oxbow at 6/1 odds had slightly better value coming off his Preakness Stakes win.

After all, his pedigree has enjoyed great Belmont success.

Eliza McGraw of the New York Times:

Oxbow’s pedigree is littered with big names — Deputy Minister, Mr. Prospector, Raise A Native. His ancestors have had plenty of success at Belmont Park: Bold Reasoning set a new track record there for six furlongs when he was 4 years old, and Northern Dancer ran a surprising third in the 1964 Belmont Stakes. But two stars in particular jump out from his bloodline when thoughts turn to winning the Belmont: Man o’ War and Seattle Slew.

Palace Malace had some of the best value at 8/1 odds.  We already know he can perform well in the mud having finished second at this year’s Kentucky Derby.  He will likely be running in the slop again on Saturday.
