This NBA Betting Preview for Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Boston Celtics is brought to you by SBG Global

SBG Global Opening Line: Celtics - 7 , Total 179.5

The defending NBA Champion Boston Celtics open up defense of their title on Tuesday as they host LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The preseason was virtually flawless for the Celtics and they look poised for another great season. "We feel like we've picked up where we've left off," Boston's Ray Allen said, "It's hard to disagree with anything we did last year, even though we think, 'I can do this a little bit better,' [or] 'I can do that a little bit better,' we got to a point last year where we did better by doing less, a lot of us."

SBG Global reports that early NBA betting has the public taking Celtics at Home.

Boston has not won back-to-back titles since 1969 but Paul Pierce believes this team could do it. "The confidence has grown from winning a championship," Pierce said. "The guys love that feeling. For us to do it again would be a hell of an accomplishment because a Celtics team hasn't done it in 40 years."

The Cavaliers are not rolling over for the Celtics on Tuesday. They have LeBron James who is one of the favorites to win the MVP award this season and they have newcomer Mo Williams.
