If you had a bet on the Indianapolis Colts and the Minnesota Vikings, chances are you won a nice chunk of money this weekend.

Gambling911.com found quite the middling opportunity on Sunday and many of its readers took full advantage.

This - the most heavily bet on game with significant lopsided action on one side for the Colts - proved an excellent middling opportunity. Let us explain.

This one opened at Indianapolis -2 at most online sports books. The line had moved down a bit to -1 and -1 ½. Sports Interaction still had the Vikings at +2 ½. Bookmaker.com had the Colts at -1. Hence, there was a middling opportunity if Indianapolis were to win by 2 points. And guess what? That's exactly what happened.

Gambling911.com also advised that the chances of a middling opportunity were substantial being that we felt the -2 line was accurate.

Middling opportunities allow for betting on one side at one online sportsbook such as Sports Interaction and a different line at another sportsbook like Bookmaker.com.  If the two lines are spread out enough and the game falls within the middle of the two lines, both bets are winners on the same game.  In this case, there was a line of +2 1/2 on Minnesota and a line of -1 on Indianapolis.  The Colts won by 2 points so both bets were winners.  Middling success is rare, but when it happens, the payouts can be especially generous.

And since when did Sports Interaction become so sharp with their lines? They were big winners on a game that many a bookie lost with the -1 and -1 ½ line since Indianapolis managed to cover that one and more than 95 percent of the action was going the Colts way.
