Arizona Cardinals vs. St. Louis Rams Betting Odds

Arizona Cardinals
Nov 1 2008 - 10:41pm

The Arizona Cardinals vs. St. Louis Rams betting odds opened at Arizona -3 as the away favorite. That line has not moved at all anywhere the entire week.

Arizona has won 4 of the last 5 against St. Louis, 3 of those on the road. All the wins were by the current spread or more.

The Cardinals are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games following a S.U. loss but Cardinals are 6-20 ATS in their last 26 road games vs. a team with a losing home record.

St. Louis is hard to gage right now being that they recently won against both Washington (on the road) and Dallas at home. They lost last week in New England but they were in that one the entire time.

Larry Fitzgerald lit up the Rams for 11 receptions, 171 yards and two touchdowns in the team's last meeting. Anquan Boldin, who didn't miss a beat in his return from a fracture sinus, has an NFL-high seven touchdown receptions. And now Steve Breaston adds an added threat for the St. Louis defense that ranks in the bottom third against the pass.

Rams rookie Donnie Avery was hurt early in the season but has started to emerge as the team's top receiver after posting his first 100-yard receiving game at New England last week. But don't count out Torry Holt, who has five touchdowns in his last six games against the Cardinals.

This game is too close for Gambling911.com to call since we are concerned over St. Louis' noticeable improvement in recent weeks.
