Carrie Stroup here! Gambling911.com has released its 2008 Week 13 NFL Power Rankings along with odds for each of the top teams and changes from last week courtesy of Sportsbook.com, which was offering future betting odds on teams chances to win the 2009 Super Bowl.

Let's get right into this.

1.    New York Giants (2) - Finally, the Giants move back into the top spot after Tennessee loses to the Jets.  The Titans rebounded shortly thereafter against the Detroit Lions however on Thanksgiving Day.  They were listed at +160 odds to win the 2009 Super Bowl at Sportsbook.com

2.     Tennessee Titans (1) - For the longest time the Titans have been number one, but they slip a notch after losing to the Jets.  Tennessee offers the best payout odds in some time as a result - $700 for every $100 bet.  We say that is excellent value.

3.     New York Jets (5) - The Jets are looking fantastic these days, beating the Titans at home by a wide margin.  That said a lot to us.   They had shorter odds to win the 2009 Super Bowl than Tennessee paying $600 for every $100 bet at Sportsbook.com

4.     Pittsburgh Steelers (3) - They drop a notch but only because the Jets manage to beat the Titans.  Otherwise the Steelers are still a solid contender for the Super Bowl and pay $900 for every $100 if they win.

5.     Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6) - Solid team pays $1500 for every $100 bet.

6.     Indianapolis Colts (8) From Fox Sports: "Peyton Manning's getting plenty of practice in his two-minute drills for playoff time when he'll need it most. The Colts have been tied or trailing in the fourth quarter in six of their seven wins this season, an unusual way to do business normally for Indy's offensive machine."  They pay $1200 for every $100 bet to win the 2009 Super Bowl at Sportsbook.com

7.     Carolina Panthers (4) - They continue to slip.  Payout odds of+2000 were currently available.

8.     Washington Redskins (7) - Payout would be $3000 for every $100 bet if they were to win the 2009 Super Bowl.

9.     New England Patriots (14) - A big move into the top 10 this week.  Oddsmakers still have the surging Pats paying $2000 for every $100 bet if they were to win the 2009 Super Bowl.

10.  Dallas Cowboys (17) Back in the top 10 once again and making a run for it after struggling for a few weeks.  Still the darling of oddsmakers, pay $1000 for every $100 bet if they were to win the 2009 Super Bowl.
