Indiana vs. Wisconsin Point Spread, Pick: Hoosiers Haven’t Won in Madison Since ‘98

So Wisconsin looks poised to beat Indiana once against at home. But can they cover the 16-point spread? The betting public thinks not as nearly 75% of those betting this game are backing the Hoosiers.
