Chris ‘Jesus’ Ferguson Settles With DOJ Over Full Tilt Poker Ponzi Scheme

Poker pro and one time part owner of Full Tilt Poker has settled with US authorities who accused him of participating in an elaborate ponzi scheme.

The DOJ accused Ferguson and three other directors of draining approximately $444 million of customer funds into their own personal bank accounts over a period of several months.

As part of the settlement agreement, Ferguson must take all necessary steps to facilitate the immediate transfer of the "Ferguson Account Funds" to the U.S. Marshal Service;  forfeit an additional $2,350,000 within 30 days; forfeit to the Government any remaining interest in, or claim to, dividends purportedly owed to him by Full Tilt Poker, deemed the "Full Tilt Poker Funds."

The disgraced poker pro is also prohibited from working for an unlicensed online gaming site in the U.S.

Ferguson has admitted no culpability, liability or guilt.

Ferguson is nicknamed “Jesus” for his Christ-like features.  The poker pro is an atheist, however.
