Carbon Poker Brings Back Rakeback

Over the weekend it was announced that Carbon Poker, the flagship brand of the Merge Gaming Network, would be returning to rakeback after more than a year’s absence.

While popular with poker players, it’s not always considered the most profitable model where online cardrooms are concerned.  Merge Gaming has been reluctant to bring back rakeback.

As with when it was previously offered on the network, the max rate for players will be 35% rakeback.

As with the previous implementation, the 60 days NGR rule applies.  This means that if the player has generated any gaming revenue on another site currently operating on the network within the last 60 days they will not be able to go to another site and get rakeback on their account.

For players who have signed up when rakeback was not allowed, they now have the option of adding rakeback to their account by contacting support@carbonpoker.ag.  There will be a review period and a decision will be made wether the player is permitted to receive rakeback within 24-48 hours.
