76ers vs. Trailblazers

We were eyeing this one as an injury-ravaged Trailblazers team took on the Bulls last night and lost.

Philadelphia opened at -9 and we now get them at -10.  We get a number of 8.83 during the best of circumstances.

The Sixers should want to make a statement with this one as they head to Golden State tomorrow and they dropped their first two games of this road trip.

Philadelphia is eighth in opponent field goal percentage (46.5%) and are 12th in opponent field goal attempts per game (87.8).

Joel Embiid is questionable for this one.

Suns vs. Heat

The Miami Heat are listed as a -4 favorite hosting a Suns team that played in Orlando last night and lost badly.  We get a number of Suns 0.63 for this one assuming there was no back-to-back night play.

The Heat have lost six straight games.

Jazz vs. Nets

The Jazz losing by 8 or more on the road is a thing of the past as they've either won outright or kept games within that eight-point margin in 9 of their last 10 road games.

Here they face off against the Nets on the road.  The Jazz are a -1 point favorite.  We have the Nets as the team that should be favored.

Our concern is that the Jazz are closing out a grueling road stretch and will play the New York Knicks tomorrow night in a game that would be more appealing for backing their opponent.

Pelicans vs. Celtics

Boston was embarrassed the other night against the Clippers, at home no less.  The Celtics have covered this current spread against New Orleans in three of their last four.  The Pelicans have lost badly in their last two games.

Our number is -6.7 for this game and New Orleans is in desperation mode.

Timberwolves vs. Thunder

The line had dropped from Thunder -3.5 to -2.5.  Minnesota is 7-3 in the last ten of this series though OKC has won the last two by a healthy enough margin and lost in Minnesota earlier in the season by just three points.  The Thunder's last win was just a few days ago in Minnesota.

The T'Wolves will be closing out a 4-game road trip at Oklahoma City this evening. We gets a line that is right on the money (3.8).

The Thunder have only lost five at home this season.

Magic vs. Mavs

Orlando hosted the red hot Suns at home last night and won.  They flew into Dallas afterwards.

The Mavs are only a -4.5 favorite and we only see a 2-point overlay.

The Mavericks have won their last four games against Orlando in Dallas.  The last three were by more than the current spread.

Dallas may not have their second leading scorer, Kyrie Irving, suited up for this game.

The Mavericks have struggled of late.
