Merge Poker Network Stiffing Vendors

The struggling Merge Poker Network reportedly owes $160,000 to a poker payment platform, PIC Club, Gambling911.com can reveal today.  PIC Club has been trying to get its money since July and finally issued a deadline of this past Friday to be paid in full.  PIC Club offered to take off $64,000 from that amount.

"Merge had a contract with us and we were giving them plenty of time to pay what was owed," said Chuck Kidd, head of PIC Club.

Coming to Kidd's defense was at least one respected bookmaker out of Costa Rica where PIC Club operates.

"He (Chuck) proved to me his business is healthy," said the bookmaker, one of the most respected in Costa Rica. "He has been trying to take the high road in all of this but sooner or later they (Merge) has to pay up."

In recent months a number of online poker rooms have folded and many fear Merge will be next.

Merge last week averaged a mere 415 real cash players on its total network compared to 26600 at the world's largest online poker room, PokerStars.

After Ron Kadarishko and Joe la Cascia shut down GDI Software Inc, which is the technical support arm for many illegal inline gambling websites who are illegally taking bets from US citizens, they started a new company called Nordex Software Inc. So the Future Bet saga continues. Ater Joe Lacascia and Ron Kadarishko scammed millions from people they changed the name of their company several times, to GDi SOftware, IGS Gaming, Game tech solutions, Serra Group, and the latest Nordex Software. THis time they have a poor Philipino guy to be their fall guy named Emmanuel Samson. Since Joe owes so much money, he ran away to Manila, and paid this poor guy to take all the heat for him. Nirdex Software along with all their staff got served court papers today. Since Joe Lacascia owed so much money to people, he fakely bankrupted GDI SOftware and moved all its assets to Philipines and London. Of course the IT staff can get access to these game servers from anywhere. In the transition from GDI Software to Nordex Software, Joe Lacasica moved all the servers and of course people like Sally Cramer and all of IT staff, including Pedro Nunez, and Siong Chan and others knew what they are doing. They were removing assets under security of the creditors illegally. Now their scams are catching up with them big time. How lucky was Joe Lacascia actress fiancee April Telek, was to kick his obese ass to the curb or she would have been scammed as well. He also did this to get away from having to pay child support, yet he just bought a Mercedes and lives in the shaw building and pays 6000 DOllars a month for rent.
