The Chicago Bears odds of winning the NFC North division in 2016 were coming in at 12-1.

These are the third longest odds in the division category after Cleveland and San Francisco.

An injury or two on the Packers squad, Sam Bradford replacing Teddy Bridgewater in Minnesota and the Chicago Bears are not that bad a team so there is certainly some value here to be certain.

Here is what Athlon had to say about the Bears heading into this season:

(John) Fox’s Carolina team improved by four games from Year 1 to Year 2, going from 7–9 to 11–5 and the Super Bowl. His second Denver team improved by five games over his first, jumping from 8–8 to 13–3 (the Broncos went to the Super Bowl in Year 3). Coming off a 6–10 debut in Chicago, Fox’s Bears should be better, but they may be another year away from the playoffs, which have eluded the Bears eight times in the past nine years.

Xavier Worthy = Tyreek Hill 2.0?  Perhaps, and if that comes to fruition at any point in the future, the Bills only have themselves to blame.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
