Oakland Raiders vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

After opening at Steelers -9, most of the online sportsbooks now had the Oakland Raiders vs. Pittsburgh Steelers spread at -7 with a few at -7.5.  Gamblers now have more confidence in the Raiders, with 60 percent backing the Oakland spread.  Nearly 80 percent were on the OVER 41.5 total.  Around 65 percent liked Oakland to win outright on the money line.

In past years, this game would have seemed like a no-brainer with the Steelers double digit home favorites.  But this is a different Oakland Raiders team, one that comes into a second half of the season game with a winning record (5-4).  Indeed, the Raiders have won three straight.

Denver's win over the Chiefs lifted Oakland into a tie atop the division, the first time it's been there this late in the season since 2002.

"Everything that we've done up to this point is going to come down to what we do Sunday. We just want to keep all that momentum going,” said Oakland safety Mike Mitchell.

The Raiders have won the last two in this series dating back to 2006.

The Raiders are 4-0 Against The Spread in their last 4 games following a S.U. win.

The Raiders are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games as an underdog while the Steelers are 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games as a home favorite.

The Raiders are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games overall.

Oakland is 7-3 ATS in their last 10 vs. AFC.

The Steelers are 19-8 ATS in their last 27 games as a home favorite of 3.5-10.0.

The Steelers are 1-9-2 ATS in their last 12 games in Week 11.
