The Jaguars vs. Saints betting line had New Orleans as a -6.5 point favorite, though Gambling911.com has seen the number at -7 at some online books. 

The Jaguars are long shots to win in the AFC South at 20/1 odds while New Orleans is favored to win in the NFC South at EVEN odds. 

New Orleans has completely destroyed Jacksonville in their last two meetings that occurred over the past five years with wins by 13 and 17 points, respectively.

The injuries are piling up for Jacksonville coming into this matchup.

Eugene Monroe was carted off from practice Wednesday night after suffering a possible concussion. 

Other Jaguars injuries include backup center John Estes (undergoing knee surgery), linebacker Daryl Smith (groin), left guard Will Rackley (ankle), guard Jason Spitz (foot) and tight end Zach Miller (pectoral).
