Cardinals vs. Raiders Betting Line – WK 7 Fantasy Value for Carson Palmer, Derek

The Cardinals vs. Raiders betting line had Oakland as a +4 underdog at BetDSI.com here.  Let’s also take a look at the fantasy value for Carson Palmer and Derek Carr.

The Raiders have been a terrible board value at home with just five payouts in their last 19 games on their home field with just seven out of their last 18 home games going over the total. Arizona has covered the spread in nine out of their last 14 away games as seven out of their last 12 away games have gone over the total. Oakland has dominated this head to head series with the Cardinals as the Raiders have come away with the cash in four out of their last five meetings with Arizona as four out of the last five meetings in this head to head series have gone over the total.

Fantasywise Carson Palmer should be a good pick.  The Raiders have allowed 16.4 fantasy points per game to opposing arms (14th most).

Don’t rule out Oakland’s Derek Carr for Sunday’s Daily Fantasy contest.  ESPN.com notes that, “with the Cardinals being such an excellent run-stop unit, the Raiders likely will take to the air 40-plus times to challenge an Arizona team allowing the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season. This strategy makes Carr a seemingly safe play to dial up as a QB2 this week.”
