Maybe it has something to do with his being kept in a Germany aquarium and Germany just happens to have made it into the semi-finals, but Paul the Psychic Octopus continues to make his World Cup picks with precision accuracy. After all, he was one of the few that correctly predicted Germany would beat World Cup darlings Argentina this past Saturday.
