Adam Lambert, Kris Allen, Danny Gokey Remain on American Idol

May 6 2009 - 10:29pm

The verdict is in and the lone female was sent home packing Wednesday night on American Idol. Allison Iraheta said her good byes and then there were three:  Adam Lambert, Kris Allen and Danny Gokey.

In what was a bit of a surprise, Kris Allen turned out to get the most votes.  His performance Tuesday night was lackluster at best, but the viewers apparently thought otherwise.

This was the first time that Danny Gokey appeared in the bottom three (actually the bottom two).

Next week, the three singers will travel to their hometowns before performing next week.

His odds, as seen at BetUS.com, were listed paying 2/1 prior to Tuesday night's performance show.

Kris Allen had become quite a long shot, with odds of 12/1.

Adam Lambert was still the favorite, coming into Tuesday night's show with -250 odds.

BetUS.com was scheduled to update its American Idol betting odds by no later than Friday.

gosh

this article got it all wrong. ryan said clearly that the calling of contestants would be in a RANDOM ORDER. it's either the blogger wasn't really watching the show or could not understand plain & simple English

what!!? nobody knows who the

what!!? nobody knows who the second least vote-getter was...ryan clearly said they were in random order..they just had danny down with ally to create some drama since adam was in the bottom 2 last week.

seriously

I can't believe this is even posted on this site. And a gambling site no less. This information is COMPLETELY false. Not only was Kris not the top vote getter, but there was no bottom three or bottom two at all.

wrong...

excuse me, but kris did not necessarily get the most votes. ryan said at least 50 times that they were in no particular order.
