Philadelphia comes into this series having won just three of their last ten games overall while Toronto has won six.

Tuesday’s game had the Blue Jays as a -225 favorite. 

Marcus Stroman (5-2, 4.94) will take on the Phillies having given up four runs on eight hits over 5.1 innings against Baltimore the other day.
