The Mets have won the last eight in this series and come into Monday’s game as a +150 underdog compared to the Cubs at -164.

The total for Game One was 9.  Only three of the last ten in this series has gone OVER that number.

Jake Arrieta, starting on Tuesday, has pitched poorly against the Mets (33 hits on 117 at bats with seven home runs) but do you really want to bet against him?  Especially when we consider that the Mets are 2-7 in the last 9 meetings in Chicago.

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
