The Tigers beat UGA 37-10 Saturday.

"Our goal was to go to the SEC championship and win it; that was one of our goals," LSU coach Ed Orgeron told ESPN on Sunday. "... But we're not done yet. That wasn't our final destination. I'm very proud of our offense, I'm very proud of our defense and all our coaches, but we still have some work to do."

LSU is ranked number one in College Football.

The Sooners number four seed may be a blessing in disguise.  The No. 4 seed has more titles in the past five years (two) than the No. 1 seeds (0).

According to ESPN's Football Power Index, Ohio State has the best projection to win the playoff, with a 35% chance of claiming the title. LSU narrowly has the second-best projection at 29%, followed by Clemson (28%) and Oklahoma (9%).

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?

Bet on Jared Verse Draft Position

Jared Verse had an over/under selection number of 15.5 with CBS Sports believing the Florida State EDGE will be chosen by the Seattle Seahawks at No. 16.
