2014 NFL Conference Championship Free Picks: Seahawks, Broncos Cover Spread

Gambling911.com has your 2014 NFL Conference Championship free picks and right off the bat we are going to say that both favorites to win will do so and cover their respective spreads.

As Gambling911.com noted earlier in the week, our lines before the official opening numbers on both games had the two favorites, Denver and Seattle, a full point-and-a-half or more better than what oddsmakers had released.  And even with the lower-than-expected numbers, the betting public is still all over both underdogs, New England and San Francisco, each seeing around 75 percent of the action on the spread.

Seattle, in particular, really stands out because our ratings forecast a line double that of what the oddsmakers released (ours was -6.5 vs. the actual -3.5 line that earlier in the week had dipped to -3).

We had Denver at -7.5 compared to the -5.5 currently available.

After last weekend’s games there was a slight adjustment to the ratings not immediately available the hours after each game.

The adjusted line for Seattle would have been -6, sill a good 2.5 points greater than the current betable number.

Denver would have been adjusted to -6.5, still a whole point better than the line offered up by oddsmakers.

By the way, we are also all over the UNDER 57 in the Patriots vs. Broncos game as the general public is backing the OVER at an 85 percent clip.

If we go 1-2 or worse, you’ll know the bookies got slaughtered Sunday.

Our 2014 NFL Conference Championship free picks are on the Broncos at -5.5, Seahawks at -3.5 and the UNDER 57 in the Patriots/Broncos game

Result:  We won with all three of these yes
