Poker pro Phil Galfond has relocated to Canada following the events of last year whereby his sponsor, PokerStars, had to exit the US market.  Enlisted pros were given the opportunity to relocate and Galfond did just that.

This has left his double-condo conversion in New York City up for sale.

The $3.99 million pad is made up of two uncombined condos, one on top of the other, that features a helical slide designed by Turrett Collaborative Architects connecting the two units.

Galfond purchased the multi-condo property back in 2008 just as the housing market began to collapse so we could see that nearly $4 million price tag drop.

Galfond told the New York Daily News he "originally installed the slide to be a whimsical addition to the stark modern white apartment—but…would often use it to go downstairs between breaks in hands while playing online.”
