JC Chan Among Chip Leaders at 2013 WSOP: Glazier Makes Big Move

Big name pro JC Tran was among the top 3 chip leaders early in the evening Sunday as the last woman standing was on the ropes, though we had some good news just for Jackie Glazier as this was going to press.

The WSOP tweeted:

Yevgeniy Timoshenko opened for 180,000 under the gun, and Jackie Glazier pushed all of it in the middle from his left. Action folded to Jack Amyx, who jammed for 2,870,000 in the small blind, and the big blind and Timoshenko folded. Glazier was at risk for 1,700,000.

They got their wish, as the flop came, giving Glazier a full house and she completed the board, and the last woman remaining survived.

Germany’s Anton Morgenstern was the chip leader at 7 pm PST.

Those who have survived up to this point are each guaranteed a cool $185,000 minimum.
