Georgios Karakousis Leads for Day 2 of EPT Prague High Roller Event

EPT London runner-up Georgios Karakousis was chip leader at the start of Day 2 of the record-breaking €10k EPT High Roller. In London, the 63-year-old took £349,200 home to Greece after being beaten heads-up by Robin Ylitalo. Here in Prague, he just finished fourth in the €2k Eureka Prague High Roller for €58,000.

The €10k High Roller has broken yet another record at the EPT Prague Poker Festival, with the highest number of entries ever achieved here. There were 176 entries in total - 137 unique players plus 39 re-entries. 84 made it back for Day 2 including Team PokerStars Pros Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier, Maxim Lykov, Eugene Katchalov and Vanessa Selbst as well as Team Online's Mickey Petersen and Isaac Haxton. Also through to Day 2 is UKIPT Isle of Man champion Duncan McLellan who won his seat in a live satellite on Sunday.

Prague is the third stop of EPT Season 10 and yet again has joined the regional Eureka Poker Tour to create a spectacular 11-day festival of poker at the Hilton Prague featuring 47 events.
