Hastings also pocketed $371,498 with the win.

Just two months ago, it was widely reported that Hastings had been struggling financially

Hasting’s favorite online poker site, Full Tilt Poker, was shut down last year and he was left with few options by choosing to reside in the USA.

"I haven't had any stability," Hastings recently told The Huffington Post. "I'm trying to determine where I want to base myself. I want a place I can live in eight months a year. Moving from place to place, it does drag personal relationships."

512 players took part in the Heads-Up No Limit Hold’em Event 12.

Mo won just over $229,000 with his second place finish.
