Antonio Esfandiari Still Going Strong at One Drop High Roller

You almost want to say “Hey, Antonio, let someone else win!”

Then again, a piece of us wants to see it happen again, and again, and again.

Antonio Esfandiari won last year’s big inaugural $1 million Big One for One Drop Event and the $18, 346,673 that came with it.

By Friday evening, with just 14 players left in the One Drop High Roller event, Esfandiari was still very much in the thick of things.

Any place 5th or higher pays at least $1 million with 1st place paying $4.8 million.

Chris Klodnicki and Nick Shulman led the pack just as this was going to press with Bill Perkins being knocked out of the chip leader spot.

Esfandiari moved into 7th place from 8th and would be at the final table were this event to conclude at press time.
