The 71-year-old from Alabama has won $322,250 on the live circuit to date with a total of 20 cashes.  This is his second 1st place finish.

Noteworthy poker pro Gavin Griffin takes home $163,625 for his second place finish in this event.

Event #6: No-Limit Hold'em Mixed Max

As this story was going to press we had Aubin Cazals still taking on Joseph Cheong, vying to win just shy of $500,000.

Whomever finishes second, however, will walk off with a cool $300,000 – so no pressure!
