Phil Ivey and Other Poker Pros Won’t be Named Yet in Complaint

Franklin County Circuit Court Judge Thomas, who initially ruled in favor of the commonwealth, declined on Wednesday to amend an initial complaint against 141 online poker and other Web gambling related domains that would name professional poker players as part owners in Full Tilt Poker.

Judge Wingate understood that The Interactive Media Entertainment & Gaming Association (iMEGA.org) was expected to produce required affidavits to the Kentucky Supreme Court to show its members have "standing", which they ultimately did on Wednesday. 

Professional poker players such as Phil Ivey have publicly stated they have a percentage of ownership in the company that leases software to Full Tilt Poker.
