Phil Hellmuth, the face behind UB.com, banked an impressive $117,000 for his sixth-place finish at this past week's Bay 101 Shooting Star poker tournament.  But for Hellmuth, who has struggled over the past year, sixth-place just wasn't good enough.

One could follow Hellmuth's agony on his own Twitter page:

Bummed out big time!! Blinds 10k-20k I get 800k all in pre-flop with Q-Q vs A-J; board K-6-5-10 last card Ah! 117k for 6th, 880k for first 10:57 PM Mar 12th via Twittelator

I handled 1.6 mil bad beat well ystrday, sort of! I dnt go Poker Brat, instead sat thr in total shock, shook hands, then collapsed on floor! 2:56 PM Mar 13th via Twittelator

I Wanted 2 win SO SO SO badly!! Was dn on floor 4 a full min, woulda stayed dn 10 more mins, but cameras were on me, & I Needed 2 man up! 3:05 PM Mar 13th via Twittelator

That's exactly where Hellmuth ended up....on da floor....with his head down.

McLean Karr won 1st place and the $878,500 that went with it at Bay 101 Shooting Star.
