Promising Young Woman is the favorite to win Best Original Screenplay at -450.  This isn't quite a "lock" but the value is there with a payout of $10 on every $45 bet (that $45 is refunded and the profit is $10).

Nomadland is also a near "lock" at -350 to win for Best Adapted Screenplay and pays $10 for every $35 bet (that $35 is refunded and the profit is $10).  Competition here is The Father.
