- Brooklyn Nets +7: It's indeed possible that the Nets got caught looking ahead to Miami last night after Atlanta destroyed them 141-118. Brooklyn has played competitively against Miami in recent games and is looking to avoid a four game slip. They have beaten Miami in six of their last nine games while covering the current spread in two others.
- Portland Trailblazers +1: Normally we might have avoided this one as Portland has not played particularly well of late, but they have beaten the Hawks in their last four meetings. The revenge factor is one that tends to make us shy away from these types of matchups, however, Atlanta scored 148 against the Nets last night and will likely not have enough fuel in the tank to compete against what should be a well-rested Trailblazers squad.
