You can bet the Oscars online from Pennsylvania using any number of internationally-based websites. PA itself will soon be hosting online sports betting sites that should offer odds on the Oscars.

In May 2018 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states could begin offering sports betting, including via the Web. While the Oscars may not seem like a sports betting event (and indeed it is not), for years the awards show has been a pivotal part of sportsbook offerings throughout the world. In fact, outside of the U.S. Presidential elections and a handful of other big political events like Brexit, the Oscars has long been the most bet on single day non-sporting event.
Online casinos and sportsbooks are expected to launch in Pennsylvania in 2019. So far, ten of the state’s casino properties have applied for some form of licensure. Betting on the Oscars should be available from PA-based sportsbooks by 2020.

The first Pennsylvania sportsbook opened in November, and in January there were six books in operation with last month's sports betting revenue reaching $2,607,205. Oscar betting, assuming it is offered starting in 2020, will be included among the sports wagering revenue numbers.
