Roger Ver: Bitcoin Not What Was Described in Bitcoin White Paper

Roger Ver, one of the first to invest in Bitcoin and turn into a millionaire, these days has become a proponent of Bitcoin Cash.  On Sunday, he tweeted as to why he believes Bitcoin is no longer the cryptocurrency he spent seven years of his life promoting.

Ver tweeted in reference to the Bitcoin white paper, something he believe Bitcoin Cash now more closely adheres to.

Ver, whose Bitcoin Games platform now appears on the Gambling911.com website, insists that Bitcoin Cash will at some point overtake what he refers to as Bitcoin Core.

He sees the offshoot digital currency as being faster, cheaper and more reliable to use than the original version.

Bitcoin Cash was clinging to around $1710 at the time of this writing, up nearly 5% from the day prior but down 4% from a week ago and, like most other cryptocurrencies, down more than 20% from its peak a month ago.
