Dan Smith Still Hanging In as Field Dwindles at WSOP Main Event

Two big name poker pros were sitting pretty at this year’s World Series of Poker Main Event Saturday evening: Brian Hastings and Dan Smith.  By Sunday night, Hastings was ousted but Smith was still going strong with just over a dozen players remaining.

Few of the other names remaining were recognizable to those but the most hardcore of poker enthusiasts.

Those eliminated during the night Sunday were walking away with over $200,000 and the prize money will keep on growing.
