451 Poker Players Take Part in 2012 LSOP

A total of 451 players came to play Day 1A and 1B and only 69 players made it to day 2 of the 2012 Latin American Poker Series (LSOP) in beautiful Lima, Peru.  The action was fast and in less than 120 minutes the bubble burst.

After 19 levels of play, 28 players remained late Saturday. 

Here is the payout structure for the top 5 finishes: 

1  $ 157,520.00 2  $   93,835.00 3  $   57,745.00 4  $   35,385.00 5  $   28,215.00

Action is folded to the dealer button and Victor “Asesito” Hipolito moves all-in with  Q10 and Martin Kohatsu in the small blind made the call for his last 100,000 tournament chips holding   AL

The flop came    and Martin is in good shape and he needs to dodge a  or a  or bink an  or  to secure the pot. 4th street brought the  , action is paused and the tournament director asked the dealer to proceed with the hand. But the  landed on the river and Martin is eliminated in 51st place after 3 days of poker action.
