Young Norwegian poker pro Annette Obrestad didn’t win the WSOP Heads Up No-Limit Hold'em / Pot-Limit Omaha (Event #3), but she did manage to finish a respectable 6th place with a cash out of $28,409.  She finished strong the very day Lock Poker launched the world’s newest online poker network, Revolution Gaming

Obestrad joined Team Lock last month with much fanfare.  Let’s hope this early performance signals great things to come for Lock and the newly branded Revolution Gaming Network.

She won the first ever World Series of Poker Europe Main Event in 2007 at the age of 18, three years before she was even eligible to participate in WSOP events stateside.

Jason Koon and Leif Force were battling it out during the closing hours of the Heads Up No-Limit Hold’em / Pot-Limit Omaha as this was going to press.

Heading into this event, Koon had 22 cashes and one first place finish while Force has certainly been a force to be reckoned with on the live poker circuit (bad pun, we know).  He’s won just over $1.8 million with 30 cashes and 4 first place finishes.
