Mini-Me is a poker player.  Who knew? 

Verne Troyer is best known for his role as Mini-Me in the popular Austin Powers film series.

Troyer was taking part in the annual PokerStars Caribbean Adventure amfAR Celebrity Poker Tournament in support of AIDS research.

amfAR chairman Kenneth Cole said: “This event is a really big deal.

"Everyone gets to do what they enjoy doing, and at the same time be part of something very important.

"We are flattered PokerStars has got involved for a second year. Five thousand people die every day from AIDS, but it doesn’t need to be like that.”
