Gambling911.com this week reported on how a 1 percent partner in online poker's second biggest room, Full Tilt, was suing that company and a number of its other partners, including a number of big name professional players.

Defendants include the likes of Erick Lindgren, Gus Hansen, Patrick Antonious, Phil Ivey and Chris "Jesus" Ferguson.

In her complaint, Gowen (better known as Clonie) alleges that in 2004, she was offered (and accepted) 1% ownership of Tiltware and FTP in exchange for being a celebrity representative and that she has worn FTP merchandise and promoted FTP in exchange for that ownership interest without other compensation.

Gowen is claiming that she has not been paid and argues, among other things, breach of contract and fraud.

WickedChopsPoker.com first reported on Full Tilt Poker management being "unhappy" with Clonie.

At the time both parties scoffed at the suggestion, and Clonie kept on wearing her patch. Well, as you probably know by now, we were right. Gowen has been forced out.

Tiltware, which owns Full Tilt Poker, has since responded to the allegations.

"Tiltware, LLC, has been made aware of the recent filing of a meritless lawsuit by a former Full Tilt Poker endorser - Ms. Cycalona Gowen. All claims have no merit and there are many inaccuracies improperly and unlawfully asserted by Ms. Gowen within her frivolous complaint. Tiltware LLC expects that this lawsuit will be dealt with accordingly by a competent court in due course."
