Eagles Odds Michael Vick

The Philadelphia Eagles odds remained virtually unchanged since the announcement that Michael Vick would be starting on Sunday against Jacksonville.

SBG Global offered odds on this game at Eagles -2 ½ on the road.  The line moved up only a half point.

“We will see a lot more action coming in on the Eagles in this one now that there is a firm commitment to start Michael Vick,” observed Don Shapiro of Gambling911.com.  “But the oddsmakers were already working off the assumption that Vick would quickly replace Kevin Kolb should he perform poorly early on.”

Gambling911.com isn’t exactly recommending that its readers enter the Philadelphia Eagles as one of the picks in SBG Global’s FREE $15,000 Weekly NFL Contest. … not yet anyway.

“The Eagles were getting 80 percent of the action now but keep in mind they failed to cover the past two weeks,” Shapiro noted.

Philadelphia head coach Andy Reid said on Sunday that Kevin Kolb would start regardless of how his team performed during Week 2.

He then did an about face on Monday with a senior Eagles official telling ESPN it is "just a football decision, he is just playing too well.".

If you are looking to bet on this game, SBG Global is offering up to $3000 in FREE CASH when you open an online betting account today (based on initial dollar amount deposited or first bet)
